An Overview:
Program uses action learning to deliver key skills and concepts of managing through people to get business results. The key theme is about helping managers set the right environment for the employees to do what they do best and to get out of their way. It is about tapping every single employee in the organization and facilitating them to contribute their best to the organization’s bottom-line results. This program is designed to provide participants time to practice key skills in between modules. Within each module exercises are used with real life work situations to ensure the key skills and concepts can effectively be transferred from classroom to workplace. We end the program with a highly intense simulation to show how all the skills and concepts work together.
